-Pre event – Focuses on preparing your body for optimal performance by increasing flexibility, reducing muscle tension and improving circulation. 

-Post event-This will aid you in recovery and reduce muscle soreness by flushing out lactic acid and promoting healing. 

-Maintenance Massage – Release deep muscle tension, tailored to individual needs and ailments. Enhances overall recovery of the body with deep tissue massage and stretching.
