You’ve just experienced a major event, physically, mentally, and emotionally, you’re starting from a new place.

It’s a place of honor, we help you to get in touch with your best self with a safe and gentle fitness program by respecting each stage of recovery from Birth.

We are embracing that your body has to go through a long healing period.

We have created a gentle exercises program helping you to activate your core by first using your breath in synchronicity with your pelvic floor. This will lead with the possibility of increasing the tone of your pelvic floor and core by learning how to relax and contract your muscles to increase its elasticity.

We will encourage you to build up strength with functional movements when you are ready which will prevent injuries and postpartum ailments as well as support your everyday life of Motherhood.

These exercises are adapted to all types of Childbirth.
