Empowering the future parents with knowledge and tools will reduce stress, bringing clarity and support to make an informed choice based on their needs, scientific evidence and personal wishes for this precious time.

Cocoon Time has been created with the intention to offer a safe and soothing space, encouraging relaxation. You are welcomed into a natural and calm environment. Cocoon Time provides childbirth preparation and recovery programs with a professional and compassionate approach.

When to start?

We recommend starting the programme between 12 and 20 weeks of your pregnancy.

Why is it so important to prepare?

As an athlete prepares for a sportive event with regular exercise, a pregnant mother needs to prepare in a specific way. Giving Birth is demanding mentally, emotionally and physically. Simple and effective, our programme includes physical and mental preparation.

How many sessions are included in the programme ?

20 sessions –

Yoga : 6

Hypnobirthing : 4

Birth partner massage tuition : 4

Holistic Massages: 3

Advanced Bodywork : 3

Can I choose the number of sessions/courses ? Can I adapt to my needs and budget?

Yes, we are flexible and work with you, you can choose which courses and number of treatments you prefer to do.

Is the program for all types of birth?

Yes, you can apply the techniques learned in our program in all types of birth.
