We believe in the need to be nurtured during the postnatal period. Our programme offers personalised treatments and exercises preventing injuries and postpartum ailments. Enhancing your confidence and well-being, you embrace your new role and bond with your baby. This time is meant for you to recuperate after childbirth and bonding with your baby, this is also when breastfeeding will be established, if you wish.
During the commonly called 4th trimester, we recommend for the Baby and your benefits to avoid strenuous activities and housework. We encourage family and female relatives to pamper you with love during this 6 weeks postpartum. This will reduce postpartum depression risk, increasing the bond between you and your wonderful baby.
After 6 weeks postpartum with your midwife consent, you are ready to get involved in specialised postpartum exercises. Cocoon Time has been created with the intention to offer a safe and soothing space. Encouraging relaxation, you are welcomed in a natural and calm environment. Held in a professional and compassionate approach, Cocoon Time provides a birth recovery program.

Can I choose the courses ? Can I adapt to my needs and budget?
Yes, we are flexible and work with you, you are welcome to do the program partially, choosing the number of courses and treatments.
