Sara Leray
I’ve always had the conviction that we cannot separate the body and mind. I believe allowing time for ourselves through massage therapies builds a holistic sense of well being, which prevents illness and promotes health.
Detoxing all the body’s systems and organs, massages boost our immune system. Acting as a body and mind cleanser, regular Massage Therapy can prevent illness and speed up the recovery process from injuries. Enhancing the function of all body’s systems, it prevents the build up of stress, tensions and poor posture.
Massage therapies can give us space away from our every day life, encouraging a rested mind, our self-esteem is boosted making our goals more accessible and supporting us through the changes of life.
Sara offers her treatments for both children or adults. With her experiences, she understands the importance of touch in a baby’s development, which is a need, not always natural and intuitive, that’s been underestimated in our societies. On top of the physical benefits, taking time to massage and cuddling our little ones will give them the security and self esteem they need to become independent and confident in their future adult life.
